1.1 No Discrimination Policy: SpeedCopy is committed to providing a fair and inclusive platform for all users and vendors. Any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other factor is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Data Privacy & Protection: We prioritize the privacy of our users and vendors. Personal and business information shared on our platform will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

1.3 No Third-Party Data Sharing: SpeedCopy does not sell, lease, or share user data, order details, or vendor information with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

1.4 User & Vendor Responsibility: Users and vendors are responsible for the content, files, and materials they upload, print, or transact through SpeedCopy. We do not monitor or review documents, nor are we responsible for their content.

1.5 Copyright & Legal Compliance: SpeedCopy is not liable for any copyright violations, trademark infringements, or illegal content uploaded by customers or vendors. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure they have the legal rights to use, reproduce, or print any material.

1.6 Prohibited Content: Users and vendors must not upload, print, or distribute illegal, offensive, defamatory, or obscene content. Any violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

1.7 Platform Integrity: SpeedCopy reserves the right to remove or suspend any vendor, user, or listing that violates platform guidelines, engages in fraudulent activities, or disrupts the marketplace.

1.8 Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, SpeedCopy is not liable for any downtime, service disruptions, or technical issues that may arise due to maintenance, system failures, or external factors.

1.9 Payment Security: All transactions on SpeedCopy are securely processed. We do not store sensitive payment information, and all payments comply with industry security standards.

1.10 Data Collection & Permissions: SpeedCopy collects only the minimal data necessary to deliver its services efficiently and securely. Below are the details of the permissions used:

• Location Permission: We collect approximate location data only when the user is placing an order, to help display nearby delivery hubs for faster service. This data is:
  • Not stored on our servers
  • Not used for background tracking
  • Never shared with third parties
• Notification Permission: We use notification access to:
  • Inform users of order status updates
  • Notify about delays, confirmations, and delivery
  This access is used only for customer communication and can be disabled by the user at any time through device settings.
• File & Media Access: SpeedCopy does not request or access any files or media on your device by default. All document uploads are handled securely via system file pickers.
  On Android 10 (API level 29) specifically, the app may temporarily request legacy file access permission to ensure proper file selection due to system limitations. This access is:
  • Used only during file upload flow
  • Not used to browse, scan, or store files outside the selected documents
  • Not used in Android 11 and above
• Data Security: We do not collect or store any sensitive personal information unless explicitly required during registration or checkout. All collected data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used solely for service delivery.

1.11 Account Deletion: Users may request deletion of their SpeedCopy account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@speedcopy.in. Upon verification, the account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days. This applies to all user data stored in our systems, excluding order history needed for legal or financial compliance.

1.12 Razorpay Payments: SpeedCopy uses Razorpay as its secure payment gateway. By using our services, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed through Razorpay's encrypted systems, and SpeedCopy does not store any card or bank information on its servers.
• Razorpay may collect basic payment data such as name, phone number, and transaction details to facilitate payment completion and fraud prevention.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days as per their policies.
• By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2.1 Account Registration: Users must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

2.2 Order Responsibility: Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming their orders before placing them. SpeedCopy does not provide refunds for incorrect uploads or mistaken orders.

2.3 Liability for Content: Users must ensure they have legal rights to print, reproduce, or distribute any content they upload. SpeedCopy will not be held accountable for any copyright or legal violations.

2.4 Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes regarding order fulfillment, quality, or service issues, users must reach out to the vendor directly. SpeedCopy will act as an intermediary where necessary but is not liable for vendor-related disputes.

2.5 Prohibited Use: Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities, spamming, or any other action that disrupts platform functionality.

3.1 Vendor Registration: Vendors must provide valid business credentials and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Quality Assurance: Vendors are responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of their services. Repeated complaints may lead to suspension or termination.

3.3 Pricing & Payments: Vendors set their own pricing, but transactions will be processed through SpeedCopy’s platform. Payouts will be subject to platform policies and payment processing timelines.

3.4 Order Fulfillment: Vendors must honor confirmed orders and communicate any delays or issues promptly.

3.5 Compliance with Copyright Laws: Vendors must ensure they are not engaging in any unauthorized printing of copyrighted materials. SpeedCopy is not responsible for copyright infringements caused by vendors.

3.6 Prohibited Business Practices: Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or unethical business practices. Any such behavior will result in immediate suspension.

3.7 Vendor Disputes & Resolution: Vendors must handle customer disputes professionally. SpeedCopy will intervene only if necessary but does not take responsibility for vendor-customer conflicts.

• SpeedCopy acts as a facilitator for vendors and customers and does not take responsibility for order fulfillment, quality, or copyright violations.
• SpeedCopy is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from user or vendor activities on the platform.
• The platform reserves the right to modify policies, terms, and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• By using SpeedCopy, both users and vendors agree to abide by these policies and terms. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.
